The Head of My Local Physio Sport, Cameron Craig – an athlete in his own right is supported by a Physiotherapy team that all have significant experience in sport and fitness – both on the field as well as in the clinic room or gym!
The Athlete Performance and Rehab program includes a range of assessments, programs and partnerships, that collectively provide a one-stop-shop to attend to that unfortunate injury, a little niggle or simply if you are wanting to know where you can improve your performance whilst getting stronger and more educated to prevent future injuries.

Outside the clinic, Aidan plays football for Golden Grove and maintains an active lifestyle through golf, running, and strength training. He also enjoys travelling, discovering new places, and catching up with friends for a coffee.
Roan completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of South Australia.
Professional Philosophy
Roan is passionate about sport and exercise, stemming from his previous experience of playing professional soccer in the UK. Having experienced plenty of injuries throughout his soccer career, it led to Roan taking a keen interest in learning the inner workings of our bodies, leading to a career in Physiotherapy. He has been able to utilise these experiences in previous head physiotherapist roles at National Premier League soccer clubs in Tasmania.
Roan has a passion for assisting members of the community to achieve their goals through education and self-empowerment, helping facilitate meaningful long-term change. He achieves these goals through a mixture of hands-on treatment techniques, exercise-based rehab and establishing self-management strategies.
Personal Interests
Having grown up in Tasmania, you will find Roan spending time in the great outdoors exploring what Adelaide has to offer, going for a run, in the gym, or most importantly to him, playing soccer!
Matthew completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in 2024.
He also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, with a specialisation in exercise prescription and delivery.

Matthew believes in the power of exercise to improve quality of life. With experience in both clinical rehabilitation and sporting environments, he brings a well-rounded perspective to your physiotherapy care.
Matthew is also a GLAD certified physiotherapist and offers the GLAD program to patients with Hip and Knee Osteo Arthritis.

She also enjoys running group exercise classes, including Mat Pilates at Harper’s Field and reformer Pilates classes, supporting individuals move well, develop their strength and build confidence.

Ben’s passion for sport and exercise, in combination with his interest in the mechanics of the human body, drove him to pursue a career in musculoskeletal and sport physiotherapy.
Ben’s client-centred and evidence-based approach aims to make rehabilitation functional and tailored to the individual. He places a strong emphasis on utilising a mixture of hands-on techniques with active self-management strategies to assist patients achieve their specific goals.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing soccer for Modbury Vista Soccer Club. He enjoys staying active not only through soccer but also running, cycling, yoga and going to the gym.
Ben is bilingual and loves to up-keep his Italian language skills in his consults if preferred.

Cameron also has a passion for group exercise classes, taking weekly core and conditioning classes in our Clinic, and a supervised rehabilitation class at Benefitness to help individuals get back to the things they love and stay healthy.
